Conscious of his own humble beginnings, Audley works hard supporting a number of charities close to his heart. As a patron of the Jamaica Hospitals League Of Friends, Audley promotes their key objective of relieving sickness and preserving the good health of the citizens of the Caribbean island, in particular by providing assistance to its hospitals and health service.

He is a long term and active supporter of Crisis, the national charity for single homeless people, highlighting and championing their efforts to deliver housing, educational, employment and health and wellbeing support to those who have fallen on hard times.

Audley is a keen ambassador of the American Jessie Rees Foundation. Eleven year old Jessie Rees was diagnosed with two brain tumours in 2011 and, maintaining her faith and hope, decided to inspire other sick children by sending them jars stuffed with goodies. Despite her sad death in 2012, Jessie’s family kept up the great work and to date over 15,000 Joy Jars have been delivered to poorly kids.

The Celebrity Big Brother star has always stuck to the organisation’s motto of ‘Never Ever Give Up’, so he was pleased, on a recent visit to Rainbows Hospice for Children & Young People in Leicestershire, to be able to bring some joy to the lives of courageous children with life-threatening and life-limiting illnesses by giving them each a jar full of love.
